Pastel Pressed Glass Posy

Exquisite 1920s, or earlier, handbeaded pressed glass floral corsage in pastel shades of pink, blue, white and green and yellow. Rare, delicate and insanely pretty, this lovely antique piece features a range of press glass leaves and petal-shaped beads, beautiully composed into a floral posy. 
 
There is some small damage. A couple of beads have been lost or slightly damaged over the years, and the original wirework has rusted in places, but nothing can take away from the beauty of this little rarity. It's remarkable it's survived so well over nearly one hundred years. It must have been greatly treasured.
 
We've left it up to you to decide how to wear it. It can be bought as it is to be sewn onto a dress, or we can fix it onto a comb, hair slide, skinny ribboned headband or a brooch fitting. You choose.
